Here is some interesting sales data for September and October 2017, provided by the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.
7 condo sales occurred during September and October 2017.
On the 26th floor of 32 Davenport Road, a studio suite without parking sold for $377,500. This condo suite faced east and had a balcony.
On the 3rd floor of 32 Daveport Rd, an east facing one bedroom unit sold for $488,000 without a parking spot.
Up on the 30th floor, a 1+1 suite sold for $590,000. This unit faced east.
On the 14th level of The Yorkville condominium building, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath listing sold for $748,000. Then, 2 floors higher, an identical suite sold for $769,000. Both suites included parking.
Another suite on the 14th floor was sold for $790,000. This condo listing at 32 Davenport Rd was a 2 bedroom plus den unit. It faced northeast and came with a parking spot.
And on the 21st floor of 32 Davenport, a southwest facing 2 bedroom suite sold for $880,000.
