A look back… 8 Park Road Real Estate Listings and Selling Prices
Toronto real estate agents and condo experts Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton have lived, worked and invested in the popular downtown Toronto Yonge and Bloor neighbourhood for years. They both own real estate in the bustling area and have watched how property values for Toronto condos have changed all across GTA real estate. Cameron and Scott love showcasing condos in the area and have set price records for many condo buildings and suite owners.
Here is a small sampling of nearby condo listings sold by Scott Hanton and Cameron Weir. With so much competition for condos in the area, it’s important you hire the right realtor who understands how to showcase your suite to get you top dollar in the Bloor Yorkville neighbourhood.

The huge Goodlife Fitness within the building is a huge bonus for residents of 8 Park and the beautiful, quiet and elegantly renovated lobby is always a welcome sight.
Let’s take a look now at 8 Park Road selling prices and property values for September 2015 to March 2016.
