Completed in 2005, 18 Yorkville is home to 314 suites on 36 floors. Amenities include a gym, games room, large outdoor terrace with barbecues, guest suite, multimedia room, events room, sauna, security system, steam room and visitor parking. 18 Yorkville has a lot going for it.
Let’s take a close look at property values for 18 Yorkville Avenue for January, February, March and April 2017:
4 suites were sold during the first four months of 2017.
On the 10th floor, a one bedroom suite sold for $445,000. This suite was on the southwest corner and had a monthly condo fee of $305.00. There was a storage locker but no parking.
On the 18th floor of 18 Yorkville Avenue, another one bedroom suite sold for $465,000. This suite faced south and included a storage locker.
On the fifth floor of 18 Yorkville, an east-facing one bedroom plus den suite sold for $571,500.
And on the 31st floor a one bedroom unit sold for $568,000. This suite faced north and had a monthly maintenance fee of $363.40. There was a storage locker but no parking spot.
