In order to provide excellent service to all of our condo buyers and condo sellers in the Distillery District, it’s very important to understand how property values change from building to building and year over year.
It’s necessary for buyers and sellers to remember that there’s not really any such thing as a general “real estate market”. Each building is its own unique market to itself. It’s the same for Toronto houses. One street can have a much different value than another street just 20 steps away.
This is very much how things work in the Distillery District.
33 Mill Street is very different than 80 Mill Street and 390 Cherry Street, for example.
So let’s zero in on one building Cameron and Scott are very familiar with: 33 Mill Street, Pure Spirit Condominium
Completed in 2008, 33 Mill Street is home to 378 condo suites spanning 32 floors.
The amenities at 33 Mill Street include: a concierge, fitness facilities, Games room, garden, guest suite, multimedia room, events room, hot tub, outdoor pool, steam room.
