The highest price paid for a house in February 2017 in this area was $1,820,000. The lowest price paid was $670,000. The average days on the real estate market in this area was 7 days.

 

From most real estate transactions to the least: In February 2017, there were 8 sales in Danforth Village – East York, 12 sales in Woodbine – Lumsden, in O’Connor – Parkview there were 15 sales, in Danforth there were 8 sales, in Playter Estates – Danforth there were 4 houses sold, in East York there were 6 homes sold and in Crescent Town there was 1 house sold in the month of February 2017.
