Completed in 2002, 8 Park Road is an excellent address for many students, renters, owners, professionals and Toronto condo investors. The convenience of having all shopping and the Yonge Bloor subway station so close, without even needing to go outside, is of wonderful value. The huge Goodlife Fitness within the building is a huge bonus for residents of 8 Park and the beautiful, quiet and elegantly renovated lobby is always a welcome sight.

Let’s take a look now at 8 Park Road selling prices and property values for June and July 2016. With many newer but smaller preconstruction condos near Yonge and Bloor, 8 Park has proved to be a popular alternative.
