390 Cherry Street – Distillery Condos – Sold Prices

As for the beautiful 390 Cherry Street’s most recent selling prices:

During June and July of 2016, 7 condo sales occurred at 390 Cherry Street.

A one bedroom suite halfway up the condo tower sold for $336,000. The suite faced northwest and included a locker. There was no parking spot. A similar suite with a north view sold for $359,900 at the same time.

A one bedroom suite on a lower floor sold for $339,000. There was no locker or parking.

A one bedroom plus den suite sold for $423,500 about halfway up the tower. It came with a storage locker but there was no parking.

A suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms sold for $545,000 in the middle of the tower. It faced north east, was approximately 784 square feet and included a parking spot but no locker. A very similar suite also sold at the same time for $547,000.

And a two bedroom plus den suite sold near the top of the tower for $749,000. There was no locker but it came with one parking spot and a southwest view.
