On the 14th floor of 30 Hayden St, a 2 bedroom suite sold for $498,000. This suite was about 795 sq ft and faced south. There were 2 parking spots and one storage suite included with the sale.

 

And on the 4th floor of 30 Hayden Street, a 2-storey 1+1 suite sold for $660,000. There was one parking spot and one storage locker. The monthly condo fee was $909.00.
