Each condo building in Bloor Yorkville is its own real estate market. No two buildings are the same for many reasons. No price per square footage calculations are ever the same. That’s also why you need experts to help you sell or buy a condo.
Here now are selling prices for May 2016.
During this month, 7 suites were sold at 28 Ted Rogers Way.
A one bedroom suite sold for $378,500 one a lower floor. This selling price included a storage locker but no parking spot. The suite faced west and was less than 600 square feet.
A north facing one bedroom suite sold for $380,000 about half way up the Couture condominium tower. It did not include a locker or a parking spot.
A west facing, 630 sq ft suite sold for $400,000 on a lower floor. This sale also did not include a parking spot or a locker.
About halfway up the condo building, a 1+1 suite sold for $422,000. There was no parking and no locker included. The monthly condo fee was $371.28.
There was another sale for $422,000 about halfway up the building at the same time. It was a 1+1 and included parking and faced east.
Near the top of the Couture condo building, a condo suite sold for $565,000. It was a northeast corner suite and came with a storage locker but no parking spot.
Also near the top of the tower at 28 Ted Rogers Way, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $612,000. It included a storage locker and a parking spot.
