Completed in 2005, 18 Yorkville is home to 314 suites on 36 floors. Amenities include a gym, games room, large outdoor terrace with barbecues, guest suite, multimedia room, events room, sauna, security system, steam room and visitor parking. 18 Yorkville has a lot going for it.
Let’s take a close look at property values and actual selling prices for 18 Yorkville Avenue for May, June, July, August and September 2016.
Seven condo suites sold during this time at Yorkville Avenue:
About halfway up the condominium tower, a one bedroom suite sold for $408,000 (asking $415,000). The suite had a locker but no parking.
On a higher floor, a very small one bedroom suite sold for $419,000. There was a storage locker included, but no parking spot.
Nearby in the building, another one bedroom suite sold for $417,000. There was no locker but it did come with a parking spot and looked south.
On a higher floor, facing south, a sale occurred for $438,000. A storage locker and parking spot were included.
On a lower floor, a one bedroom with den suite sold for $570,000. It was approximately 622 square feet, included storage and parking and faced west.
A southwest corner suite sold on a higher floor at 18 Yorkville Avenue for $685,000. The suite came with locker and parking and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A large one bedroom plus den, with two washrooms sold for $777,000 on a lower floor. The suite was about 916 square feet.
