On the sixth floor, a west facing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite sold for $600,000. There was a storage locker but no parking spot.


On the 5th floor there were two sales. One was a 1 bedroom suite that sold for $549,000… and the other was a larger 2 bedroom plus den suite that sold for $630,000. The monthly fees on this northwest facing suite were $513.00
