In September 2016, 77 properties were sold.

The highest price paid for a house in September 2016 in this area was $2,499,000. The lowest price paid was $399,900. The average days on the real estate market in this area was 10 days.

 

From most real estate transactions to the least: In September 2016, there were 17 sales in Danforth Village – East York, 9 sales in Woodbine – Lumsden, in O’Connor – Parkview there were 11 sales, in Danforth there were 11 sales, in Playter Estates – Danforth there were 5 houses sold, in East York there were 11 homes sold and in Crescent Town there were 11 houses sold in the month of September 2016.
