For now though, let’s examine selling prices at the orginal X Condos at 110 Charles Street East at Church and Charles Streets. A striking modern tower with excellent amenities, amazing views, beautiful finishes, a stunning lobby and wonderful floor plans. There are 6 X Condo sales that occurred in August and September 2016.


On a low floor at 110 Charles, a one bedroom suite was sold for $360,000. The monthly maintenance fee was $316.65 and the suite faced east.


Another one bedroom suite was sold a little higher up in the X Condominium building for $435,000. This selling price for the owner included a locker and a parking spot.


A one bedroom plus den was sold for $485,000 on a lower floor. And then on a very high floor, another one bedroom plus den sold for $497,000. Both selling prices included locker and parking at X Condominium.


There were also two sales of two bedroom, two bathroom suites on very low floors. Those selling prices were $521,000 and $550,000.
