In January and February 2016, 12 properties were sold here. The average selling price was $481,208.
The most expensive house sold was $601,500 for a lovely detached 2-storey, 3 bedroom home.
The least expensive house sold was $334,000 for a renovated rowhouse.
5 of the houses sold in this area were detached, 5 were rowhouses and 1 was linked underground.
In January and February 2016, real estate sales in the Port Whitby area were sold on Watson Street West, Charles Street, Steamer Drive, Breakwater Drive, James Govan Drive, Four Winds Drive, Portage Trail and Havenwood Place. There are so many valuable and beautiful Whitby streets here.
