Toronto Real Estate Agents – Stats November 2015

The month of November 2015 saw another active month for those selling a house in in the Toronto real estate zone of E02.

The busiest realtors in The Beaches, East End Danforth and the Woodbine Corridor helped clients buy and sell 56 freehold homes as reported on the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.

The most expensive house sold was for $2,550,000 on Neville Park Boulevard in The Beaches after 73 days on the market. Beaufort Road saw the second highest real estate selling price of $2,150,000 followed by Benlamond Avenue with a selling price of $1,800,000.

The best Toronto real estate agents also saw houses sell for more than a million dollars on Lee Avenue, Kingswood Road, Hazel Avenue, Winners Circle, Maclean Avenue, Beech Avenue, Joseph Duggan Road, Glen Oak Drive, Kenilworth Avenue and Rainsford Road.

Top real estate agents with active buyers looking in these east Toronto neighbourhoods saw that the least expensive houses for sale were found on Gerrard Street East, Hannaford Street, Norwood Terrace, Cassels Avenue and Danforth Avenue. These streets all had homeowners selling Toronto properties for under $600,000 with the majority of those houses being semi-detached.

The average selling price in E02 for November 2015 was $945,149. Most houses sold in neighbourhoods of The Beach, Woodbine Corridor and East End Danforth were semi-detached and 2 storey homes.

It took an average of 24 days on market for real estate sellers selling a house to firm up an offer.

The streets with the most real estate activity occurred on Beech Avenue, Benlamond Avenue, Firstbrooke Road, Gerrard Street East, Hannaford Street, Kenilworth Avenue, Lee Avenue, Moberley Avenue, Maclean Avenue, Rainsford Road and Woodbine Avenue.

For comparison’s sake, the average sale price for this period in November 2014 for zone E02 was $776,971. In November 2013 it was $914,782. An interesting dip and then increase in average property values for real estate sellers in in this zone.
