In March and April 2016, the most expensive house sold was for $901,000. The second most expensive house sold was $759,150 in South West Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Annstead Crescent, Farrow Crescent, Panter Crescent and Hawkins Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Frazer Road and Cullcastle Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $450,000.
The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $544,187 during March and April 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 8 days on the market.
