Located between the Altona Forest and Spruce Hill Road, this area saw only 12 homes sold in September 2016.


The average selling price in Amberlea during this period was $696,367.


During September 2016, it took an average of 7 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses.


13 of these houses sold in Amberlea were detached and 4 were semi-detached.


The most expensive house sold was $885,000 for a large detached 4 bedroom home on Highview Road.


The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Amberlea neighbourhood was $484,000 for a detached house on Sultana Square.


During the relatively slow month of September 2016, houses were sold on Amberlea Road, Aspen Road, Autumn Crescent, Belinda Court, Cobbler’s Court, Cricket Lane, Erin Gate Boulevard, Highview Road, Orion Court, Pineview Lane, Spruce Hill Road, Strouds Lane, Sultana Square, Swan Place and Wildflower Drive.
