Are Open Houses Really Useful?
Without a doubt, absolutely.
While it’s not mandatory that sellers allow open houses to occur on their property, we do know that it’s a proven way to find that one ideal buyer, who wasn’t even looking until they walked in and fell in love. We’ve witnessed it happen a lot over the past 10 years.
Many houses and condos are sold to someone who just happened by, or simply couldn’t be available at any other time to see the property.
We understand not wanting neighbours or strangers walking through your rooms, but if you want to sell the property for the most profit possible, why not have it shining its brightest and open it up to as many potential buyers as possible?
