-only 3 freehold properties were sold in this area by some of the best real estate agents in Leslieville
-the average selling price of all homes sold here was $674,600
-selling prices ranged from $580,000 for a 2 storey semi detached house in need of updating to $755,000 for a 2-storey power of sale property
-1 houses sold in this section of Leslieville was detached with a selling price of $688,800
