The month of January 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central real estate zone.
There were 18 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

Now, as for Central Ajax selling prices in January 2016…
The most expensive house sold was for $918,000. The second most expensive house sold was $746,000 in Central Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Dominy Drive, Coomer Crescent, Parkins Drive, Old Harwood Avenue and Wright Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Elm Street, Twigg Drive, Smales Drive, Ducatel Crescent, Patterson Crescent, Palmer Drive and Reed Drive. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central Ajax was $538,994 during January 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central Ajax was 17 days on the market.
15 of the houses sold in Ajax were detached, 2 houses sold in Ajax were row houses or town houses and 1 was linked.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Central Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Adams Drive, Barnes Drive, Monk Crescent, Lax Avenue and Patterson Crescent.
