In April 2016, were 26 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system in the Northwest zone of Ajax, Ontario.
The most expensive house sold was for $920,000. The second most expensive house sold was $879,000 in Northwest Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Bevan Crescent, Hazeldine Drive, Chant Crescent, Stockwell Crescent and Millward Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Bean Crescent, Luce Drive and Jonesridge Drive. All of these houses were sold for less than $530,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $669,862 during April 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 7 days on the market.
16 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 6 houses sold were townhouses and 3 sold were semi-detached.
All streets with real estate transactions in Northwest Ajax during the month of April 2016 were Bean Crescent, Bevan Crescent, Chant Crescent, Cragg Crescent, Dooley Crescent, Down Crescent, Glennie Drive, Haskell Avenue, Hazeldine Drive, Jonesridge Drive, Luce Drive, Mcsweeney Crescent, Millward Crescent, Oxlade Crescent, Root Crescent, Sewell Crescent, Stevensgate Drive, Stockwell Crescent, Taverner Crescent and Tozer Crescent.
