The month of February 2016 saw a relatively slow month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s South West real estate zone.
There were only 6 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.
The most expensive house sold was for $739,900. The second most expensive house sold was $422,000 in South West Ajax for a detached 3-storey, 3 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Bartlett Drive and Cullcastle Street.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Frazer Road and also on Cullcastle Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $410,000.
The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $456,150 during February 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 10 days on the market.
2 of the houses sold in South West Ajax were detached and 1 sold was semi-detached.
Other streets with real estate transactions in South West Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Kipling Crescent and Swanston Crescent.
