Located north of the 401 and nestled against the lush green Glen Rouge Park, this neighbourhood saw 10 homes sold in January, February and March 2016.

The average selling price in Rougemount during this period was $770,300.

During the first three months of 2016, it took an average of 27 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

9 houses sold in Rougemount during this time were detached and one of them was semi-detached.

The most expensive house sold was a stunning detached house, over 3500 sq ft for $1,130,000 near Altona and Kingston.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Liverpool neighbourhood was $430,000 for a 3-storey town house on Altona Road.

During January, February and March 2016, houses were sold on Altona Road, Dalewood Drive, Fawndale Road, Howell Crescent, Rougemount Drive and Twyn Rivers Drive.
