As for the beautiful 390 Cherry Street’s most recent selling prices:

During March 2016, five sales occurred at 390 Cherry Street.

A one bedroom suite on a lower floor without parking or locker sold for $333,700.

On a higher floor, a one bedroom suite with locker and with parking sold for $387,000.

A larger one bedroom plus den suite on a lower floor sold for $417,500. This suite did not come with a parking spot or a storage locker.

Also on a lower floor, a one bedroom plus den suite sold for $445,000. It included parking and locker.

And halfway up the tower, a south facing one bedroom plus den suite sold for $470,000. This sale did include locker and parking.
