There were 40 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.
The most expensive house sold was for $960,000. The second most expensive house sold was $950,800 in Northwest Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 5 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Chant Crescent, Beverton Crescent, Westacott Crescent and Poulton Avenue.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Bean Crescent, Root Crescent, Quarrie Lane and Dooley Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $550,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $688,533 during June 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 9 days on the market.
29 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 6 houses sold were townhouses and 54 sold were semi-detached homes.
