The month of May 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Northwest real estate zone.

In May 2016, there were 26 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.
The most expensive house sold was for $936,000. The second most expensive house sold was $865,500 in Northwest Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Montebello Crescent, Dring Street, Stannardville Drive and Poulton Avenue.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Bean Crescent, Dooley Crescent and Atherton Avenue. All of these houses were sold for less than $540,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $661,161 during May 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 9 days on the market.
16 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 5 houses sold were townhouses and 5 sold were semi-detached.
All streets with real estate transactions in Northwest Ajax during the month of May 2016 were Tozer Cres, Telford St, Stevensgate Dr, Stannardville Dr, Stammers Dr, Searell Ave, Sabbe Cres, Purdue Ave, Poulton Ave, Montebello Cres, McSweeny Cres, McGregor Dr, McCullock Cres, Jonesridge Dr, Hopkinson Cres, Harty Cres, Dring St, Dooley Cres, Distleman Way, Beverton Cres, Bean Cres and Atherton Ave.
