Real Estate News: Selling prices, real estate listings and property values at The Memphis Condominium, 942 Yonge Street

Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton are constantly helping condo buyers and condo sellers all over the Bloor Yorkville neighbourhood and all throughout downtown Toronto.

After years and years of invaluable experience with all of our amazing clients, Scott and Cameron have gotten to know all of the condo buildings in this amazing part of the GTA. There are so many condo buildings and condos for sale that it’s often difficult to decide which building and which location is the ideal one for you. And if you’re thinking about selling your Bloor Yorkville condo, you’ll need expert guidance from realtors who know exactly how to position your condo better than the competition.

Luckily, all of the condos in the Yonge and Bloor neighbourhood are all quite distinctive. No to Toronto condo buildings are the same. And with more and more new condos about to take occupancy, it’s important to have realtors who have their fingers on the pulse of the downtown condo real estate market. No two streets are the same. No two buildings are the same. Each one has its own vibe and selling features. One block away can make all the difference.

So here now, let’s take a look at The Memphis Condominiums. Completed in 1992, we truly love this development. It’s a wonderful option for those that don’t want the noise and crowds south of Bloor. Instead, this elegant condo building allows residents to entering with their cars from McMurrich Street in Yorkville, or stroll in through a secured gate on Yonge Street. We always make sure to bring all of our buyers through this building whenever suites are available.

However, that’s not often. There is not a lot of turnover at The Memphis Condominium, which is a great sign and something we always point out to our real estate condo buyers. Plus, you can either say you’re in Yorkville or Rosedale. Either one is justifiable.
