The Weir Team’s Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton make news quite regularly with their outstanding sales. The Globe and Mail made wonderful mention of one of our successes at 33 Mill Street.

As for 80 Mill Street’s most recent selling prices:

Between August 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016 only 4 sales have occurred at 80 Mill Street.

A 780 sq ft one bedroom plus den sold for $329,000. This suite came with a storage locker but did not have a parking spot.

Another one bedroom plus den suite sold during this period. It came with a locker and a parking spot at sold for $375,000.

Not long after that last sale, a one bedroom plus den 2-storey penthouse suite sold for $445,000. This suite was more than 1100 sq ft and came with a parking spot but no storage locker.

Also, a large two bedroom, two bathroom suite sold for $577,500. This suite was more than 1200 sq ft and included a storage locker and two parking spots.
