A north-facing 792 sq ft 1+1 suite sold for $345,000 without parking or locker.
A northwest-facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $444,000 without parking.
A 979 sq ft south-facing suite sold for $445,000. This suite had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage locker but no parking.
And a 2-storey penthouse suite with two bedroom, two bathrooms and one parking spot sold for $563,000.
