Now, let’s take another look at real estate property values and average selling prices, year-over-year at Casa Condos at 33 Charles Street East, but this time, let’s take a specific look at suites on the often preferred west side of the condo tower. (You’ll find selling prices of suites in the entire building here.) But below is for the west side only.

The west side has not had to deal with construction of Chaz Condos next door and has seen property values of certain suites rise quite nicely while precious eastern Toronto views were lost on the other side of Casa Condominium. However in general many values have remained flat in Bloor Yorkville due to many new buildings and competing condo suites coming online. Property values at Casa Condominium have not increased in the same way that they did for those who purchased preconstruction in the mid 2000s.

Here are some specifics for condo suites on the west side, with west views, at Casa Condominium, taking into consideration suites below the 26th floor and suites on the 26th floor and above (excluding penthouse level suites and excluding locker details). Data is not available for all suite types in all years if nothing had sold.

After 2010 it appears 1 bedroom suites on the west side of the building became rarely available.

Average selling prices at 33 Charles, Casa Condominium, west side of the building only:
