E02 Toronto Real Estate Statistics October 2015
The month of October 2015 was an active month for those buying and selling an freehold house in the E02 real estate zone in Toronto.
This real estate zone is comprised of the neighbourhoods of The Beaches, East End-Danforth and the Woodbine Corridor.
The boundaries are, roughly from east to west: Victoria Park Avenue to Coxwell Avenue and south of Danforth Avenue.
There were 63 successful real estate sales of freehold homes according to the MLS system.
The most expensive house sold was for $2,085,000 on Fallingbrook Drive.
Other streets in this area that saw houses selling between $1.5 million and $2 million dollars during October 2015 were Spruce Hill Road, Bracken Avenue, Fernwood Park Avenue, Maclean Avenue, Wheeler Avenue, Winthorpe Road, Nursewood Road, Kenilworth Avenue and Beaufort Road.
The streets in this Toronto real estate zone with houses selling for less than $600,000 were Kelvin Avenue, West Lynn Avenue, Costain Avenue, Barrington Avenue, Oakcrest Avenue, Norwood Terrace, Kingston Road and Scarborough Road.
The average selling price of a house in Toronto’s E02 real estate zone was $978,418 during the month of October. The average time it took to sell a house was 12 days on the market.
Most houses sold in this area were semi-detached houses (34 of them). Only 28 of the homes sold were fully detached houses.
Real estate sales were most active in The Beaches (37 sales), followed by East End-Danforth (18 sales) and Woodbine Corridor (8 sales).
Some of the busier streets for real estate buying and selling were Bracken Avenue, Fernwood Park Avenue, Kenilworth Avenue, Lee Avenue, Oakcrest Avenue, Victoria Park Avenue, Waverly Road and Wheeler Avenue.
