The most expensive house sold was for $620,000. The second most expensive house sold was $605,000 in South West Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Humphrey Drive and Hawkins Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Clover Ridge Drive and Talbotshire Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $450,000.
The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $539,127 during May 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 8 days on the market.
7 of the houses sold in South West Ajax were detached and 2 sold were townhouses.
All streets with real estate transactions in South West Ajax during the months of May 2016 were Clements Road West, Clover Ridge Drive, Cullcastle Street, Hawkins Crescent, Hilling Drive, Humphrey Drive, Panter Crescent, Swanston Crescent and Talbotshire Street.
