Located north of Kingston Road and comprising a large swath of land in the center of Pickering, roughly between Spruce Hill Road and Valley Farm Road, this area saw 42 homes sold in the final three months of 2015.

The average selling price in Liverpool during this period was $551,537.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $515,684. A very good rise in property values for this beautiful area of Pickering, indeed.

During October, November and December 2015, it took an average of 13 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

29 houses sold in Liverpool during this time were detached and 6 were semi-detached.

The most expensive house sold was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house for $900,000.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Liverpool neighbourhood was $350,000 for a 3-storey rowhouse.
