The month of November 2015 saw another active month for those selling a house in Pickering, although not as busy as October. Real estate agents in Pickering witnessed 80 transactions in November of freehold homes as reported on the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.

The majority of these houses sold in Pickering were semi-detached or rowhouses.

The average selling price of a house in Pickering was $601,971. Most houses were detached, 2 storeys and had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Pickering was 22 days.

Interestingly, the Pickering real estate market saw a slight slow down and slightly lower selling prices than the month before. When compared with property values in Pickering one year earlier, November 2014 saw 76 transactions. The average real estate house price in Pickering was $530,592.
