Located between the Altona Forest and Spruce Hill Road, this area saw 20 homes sold in the final two months of 2015.

The average selling price in Amberlea during this period was $589,875.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $542,568.

During November and December 2015, it took an average of 20 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses.

18 of these houses sold in Amberlea were detached and 2 were semi-detached.

The most expensive house sold was a beautiful four bedroom detached house for $730,000.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Amberlea neighbourhood was $458,000 for a detached house.

During these final weeks of 2015, houses were sold on Aberfoyle Court, Amaretto Avenue, Aspen Road, Autumn Crescent, Beckworth Square, Fernam Street, Garland Crescent, Laurier Crescent, Millbank Road, Orion Court, Parkside Drive, Shadybrook Drive, Strouds Lane, Sturgeon Court, Sunbird Trail, Weyburn Square, White Cedar Drive, Woodruff Crescent.
