In June 2016, the most expensive house sold was for $1,849,000. The second most expensive house sold was $995,000 in Northeast Ajax for a detached, 2-storey, five bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Bignell Crescent, Bellotti Crescent, Rumbellow Crescent and Buggey Lane.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Reevesmere Lane, Bean Crescent, Blunden Road and Pendrill Way. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northeast Ajax was $712,001 during June 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in the popular Northeast Ajax was 8 days on the real estate market.
25 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 5 houses sold were townhouses and 3 sold were semi-detached.
