Ajax Real Estate Statistics for February 2016 – focus on Ajax Northeast
The month of February 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Northeast real estate zone.
There were 27 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

The most expensive house sold was for $975,000. The second most expensive house sold was $928,000 in Northeast Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Rumbellow Crescent, Portelli Crescent, Shorten Place North, Solway Crescent, Williamson Drive West, Dyerham Drive, Gallagher Court and McCarrick Street.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Silvester Street and Todhunter Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northeast Ajax was $648,878 during February 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in the popular Northeast Ajax was 6 days on the market.
22 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 3 houses sold were townhouses and 2 sold were semi-detached.
Other streets with real estate transactions in Northeast Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Hinsley Crescent, Rushworth Drive, Dyerham Drive, Bicknell Court, Barnham Street, Whitlock Crescent, Hornsell Circle, Barden Crescent, Hornet Way, Elliottglen Drive, Snowling Drive, Luce Drive, Formosa Drive, Hinden Lane and Marriner Crescent.
