These three areas saw 18 properties sold in July 2016 according to the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.

 

The average selling price here during this period was $664,860.

 

During July 2016, it took an average of 9 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

 

13 houses sold here during this time were detached. Two of them were semi-detached.

 

The most expensive house sold during this period was $1,495,000 for a stunning 4 bedroom house with ravine access on Old Forest Road.

 

The lowest selling price was $415,000 for a linked two storey house on Alwin Circle in Pickering.

 

New selling prices were set during July 2016 with houses sold on Alwin Circle, Breda Avenue, Engel Court, Eyer Drive, Finch Avenue, Hillview Crescent, Kingston Road, Marksbury Road, Old Forest Road, Sanok Drive, Sheppard Avenue, Steeple Hill, Sundown Crescent and West Shore Boulevard. There are so many wonderful streets here.
