The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Brock Ridge neighbourhood was $377,000 for an attached house.
During these final weeks of 2015, houses were sold on Canterbury Crescent, Dellbrook Avenue, Wildwood Crescent, Melman Street, Terracotta Court, Duberry Drive, Strathmore Crescent, Chapman Court, Denby Drive, Clearside Court and Bentley Lane.
