The most expensive house sold was for $782,000 in this Ajax real estate zone. The second most expensive house sold was $565,000 in South West Ajax for a detached bungalow. The streets with the most expensive sales were Farrow Crescent and Walker Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Slater Crescent and Finley Avenue. All of these houses were sold for less than $525,000.
The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $524,900 during July 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 11 days on the market.
