Ajax Real Estate Statistics for February 2016 – focus on Ajax Northwest
The month of February 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Northwest real estate zone.
There were 19 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

As for Northwest Ajax house sale in February 2016…
The most expensive house sold was for $790,000. The second most expensive house sold was $765,000 in Northwest Ajax for a detached bungalow. The streets with the most expensive sales were Shorten Place, Taunton Road West, Grainger Crescent, Sabble Crescent, Nobbs Drive and Cragg Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Reevesmere Lane, Waldron Court and Quarrie Lane. All of these houses were sold for less than $455,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $595,818 during February 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 8 days on the market.
12 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 3 houses sold were townhouses and 4 sold were semi-detached.
Other streets with real estate transactions in Northwest Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Tozer Crescent, Root Crescent, Atherton Avenue, Nobbs Drive, Ravenscroft Road, Armitage Crescent, Root Crescent and Oxlade Crescent.
