The Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system reports 82 sales of freehold homes in the Toronto real estate zones of e01, e02, and e03.

The average list price that Toronto real estate buyers saw during the first 15 days of November was $799,223. The average sale price for real estate sellers here was $837,279. The average days on market for these three popular Toronto real estate zones was 12 days.

The Blake-Jones neighbourhood saw 2 sales, Broadview North saw 3 sales, Crescent Town saw 1 sale, Danforth saw 3 real estate sales, Danforth Village-East York saw 13 house sales, East End-Danforth saw 6 real estate sales, East York saw 5 home sales, Greenwood-Coxwell witnessed 9 sales, North Riverdale saw 2 sales, O’Connor-Parkview enjoyed 5 real estate house sales, Playter Estates-Danforth saw only 2 sales, South Riverdale saw 7 sales, The Beaches were busy with 15 house sales, while Woodbine Corridor saw 5 real estate sales and Woodbine-Lumsden had 4.

Detached houses were most popular with 39 sold. Semi detached houses saw 36 sold while there were 6 townhouses sold in the first 15 days o November 2016 for these three real estate zones.

The busiest streets with two or more houses sold were Woodycrest Avenue, Woodbine Avenue, Westwood Avenue, Rhodes Avenue, Queensdale Avenue, Firstbrook Road, Donlands Avenue.
