One of the most exciting condo projects is the super tall and sexy Aura, conveniently located in the heart of the city at 386 Yonge Street in Toronto’s tony Yorkville neighbourhood. Completed in 2013, Aura Condos is home to some 994 condo suites.

Here, let’s take a look at all of the selling prices in February 2016.

From time to time we will take into account average selling prices in the building. For now, here is good data to help The Weir Team continue to be the go-to condo experts for buyer and sellers in downtown Toronto.

Here is some interesting data, provided by the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.

In February 2016, only 8 suites were sold via TREB’s MLS system.

A one bedroom suite with one and a half baths on a low floor sold for $478,000. There was no locker and no parking with this suite.

A one bedroom plus den with locker but no parking sold for $548,800 on a west facing low floor.

A 696 sq ft one bedroom plus den on a low floor sold for $555,000. The suite was west facing, had no parking but did include a storage locker.

A 776 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite sold on a high floor for $650,000, including locker and parking.

An 804 sq ft 2 bedroom suite on a very high floor sold for $668,500.

$669,000 was the price for a 786 sq ft 2 bedroom suite on a very high floor with locker and parking.

A 1056 sq ft suite on a lower floor sold for $845,000. This northeast corner suite included a locker and parking spot.

A 1068 sq ft suite half way up the tower sold for $920,000. This southeast corner suite came with locker and parking.
