A 2 bedroom suite also sold during this time period for $475,000 on a higher floor. This south facing suite included a storage locker and one parking spot and was less than 700 sq ft.

Additionally, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite on a higher floor sold for $690,000. This suite came with locker and parking and was approximately 935 sq ft.
