The Weir Team, a highly successful real estate team with Keller Williams Advantage Realty in Toronto continues to grow and expand. We are currently looking for a senior level administrative assistant to also fill the role of office manager and executive assistant at our Queen Street East location in Leslieville.

Reporting to Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton, this newly-created, multi-faceted role is expected to set new, higher standards for back-end support in a real estate office.

Main duties will include functions such as data entry, preparation of contracts, uploading MLS listings, fact-checking details, research, budgeting, compliance, client contact, scheduling of appointments and keeping on top of all office supplies and marketing materials.

You:

-pride yourself in exceptional attention to detail, where making mistakes of any kind is a rare occurance

-are forward-thinking and can catch errors before they happen

-can react quickly to last minute client requests while multi-tasking on platforms such as Excel and Microsoft Office

-are excited by organizing and planning schedules for two or more busy realtors

-are fascinated by real estate and the countless aspects of successfully closing each deal
