The average selling price in Amberlea during this period was $667,962.

During July 2016, it took an average of 8 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses.

12 of these houses sold in Amberlea were detached and 3 were semi-detached.

The most expensive house sold was $810,000 for a large detached 4 bedroom home on Amberlea Road.
