Located north of the 401 in the western portion of Pickering, this lovely neighbourhood saw 16 homes sold in the final six months of 2015.
The average selling price in Woodlands during this period was $742,613.
One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $618,177. A very good rise in average property values for this beautiful area of Pickering indeed.
During the last half of 2015, it took an average of 27 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.
15 houses sold in Woodlands during this time were detached. 1 of them was semi-detached.
The most expensive house sold was a large detached bungalow for $1,400,000.
The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s West Shore neighbourhood was $387,000 for a 3-storey townhouse.
During the last half of 2015, houses were sold on Sundown Crescent, Steeple Hill, Sheppard Avenue, Rosebank Road, Rainy Day Drive, Old Forest Road and Kingston Road. Certainly some beautiful streets here.
