The most expensive house sold was for $939,000. The second most expensive house sold was $875,000 in South East Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Parish Avenue, Audley Road and Lake Driveway Drive East.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Billingsgate Crescent, Thorncroft Crescent and Gates Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $510,000.
The average selling price of a house in South East Ajax was $619,859 during September 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South East Ajax was 10 days on the market.
19 of the houses sold in South East Ajax were detached.
