The month of January 2016 saw a relatively slow month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s South West real estate zone.

As for January 2016, there were only 6 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system for Ajax Ontario’s South West real estate zone.
The most expensive house sold in Ajax South West was for $543,000. The second most expensive house sold was $470,000 in South West Ajax for a detached, 4 bedroom backsplit. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Slater Crescent, Clover Ridge Drive West and Burnsborough Street.
The least expensive houses sold were found Bondsmith Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $370,000.
The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $451,167 during January 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 13 days on the market.
3 of the houses sold in Ajax South East were detached and 3 were townhouses.
Other streets for real estate transactions in South West Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Banner Crescent and Stonewood Street.
