As for June 2016, the most expensive house sold was for $775,888 in this Ajax real estate zone. The second most expensive house sold was $650,000 in South West Ajax for a detached bungalow. The streets with the most expensive sales were Love Crescent and Anstead Crescent.

The least expensive houses sold were found on Bondsmith Street and Finley Avenue. All of these houses were sold for less than $430,000.

The average selling price of a house in South West Ajax was $560,499 during June 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South West Ajax was 10 days on the market.

9 of the houses sold in South West Ajax were detached and 2 sold were townhouses.
